The Baltimore Ravens have been decimated by injuries all season, yet have somehow found a way to reach eight wins through 13 games. Their latest injury however, threatens to derail their season for good. Lamar Jackson had to be carted off the field Sunday in Cleveland due to an ankle injury, and his status moving forward is not currently known.
The Ravens have a massive showdown looming in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers, in which they’ve been pegged as a significant underdog.

Baltimore opened up as a 6.5-point home underdog to Aaron Rodgers and the Pack, as the Ravens try to cling to their one-game lead over the Bengals atop the AFC North. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 pm ET on Sunday (Dec. 19th) at M&T Bank Stadium, and Baltimore’s schedule doesn’t get any easier after that.
Baltimore Ravens Betting Analysis
The Ravens will travel to Cincinnati after their date with Green Bay, before ending this season with home games versus the Rams and Steelers.
Baltimore has put 23 players on IR at one point or another this season, while Jackson could be in line to miss his first career NFL game due to injury.

Jackson was injured on the first play of the second quarter when the Browns’ Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah dove at the back of his right leg. He couldn’t put any weight on it initially, and was seen in a walking boot after the game. The team is expecting a low ankle sprain diagnosis to be revealed on Monday, to the same ankle Jackson rolled last week.
In his place, Tyler Huntley nearly led the Ravens to a miraculous comeback win. Huntley threw for 270 yards and a touchdown, and ran for an additional 45 yards, cutting Cleveland’s lead from 21 points to 2 before ultimately falling short.

Unfortunately for Baltimore, Jackson was not the only player they lost on Sunday. Defensive end Calais Campbell left the game in the first quarter with a thigh injury and did not return.
Green Bay Packers Betting Analysis
As for the Packers in Week 14, it was a tale of two halves. Green Bay’s defense, and special teams in particular, in the first half versus Chicago were abysmal. They allowed 27 points, and multiple big plays in the return game, while looking completely out of synch.
Packers special teams in the first half:
-97-yard punt return TD allowed
-34-yard punt return allowed
-42-yard kick return allowed
-40-yard kick return allowed
-Kickoff out of bounds
-Muffing kickoff headed out of bounds to give your offense a start at its own 5-yard lineWild.

The Packers figured out their issues at halftime, and delivered a spectacular second half performance to beat up the Bears 45-30.
Rodgers threw for 341 yards and 4 TD, while Davante Adams hauled in 10 catches for 121 yards and 2 TD, and Aaron Jones also scored twice.

After falling behind by 10 points twice in the second quarter, Green Bay outscored Chicago 24-3 in the second half to blow the game open. They held the Bears to just 7 total yards and zero first downs in third and fourth quarter until the game’s final drive, and wound up forcing three turnovers, including a Rasul Douglas pick-six.

On the injury front, Green Bay’s offensive line took another hit. Already missing their All-Pro left tackle David Bakhtiari and guard Elgton Jenkins, the team also lost right tackle Billy Turner to a knee injury. Also leaving the game and not returning was receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion), and tight end Dominique Dafney (ankle).
Packers vs Ravens Line Movement
There will be movement to this line once Jackson’s status for the game is revealed. If Lamar is ruled in, expect the line to come back towards the Ravens. If he’s ruled out, it will move even further away from them.
The Ravens want to see how Lamar Jackson feels tomorrow before any decisions or tests go down.

If you are bearish on Jackson’s chances to play the time to act is now. You won’t get Green Bay for a better price if the 2019 MVP is ruled out.
