The only significant injury on either side is Sacramento’s Keegan Murray, who is listed as a game-time decision in today’s NBA lineups due to a back injury. Murray is fourth on the Kings in scoring (13.2 PPG), second in rebounding (6.2 RPG).
Clippers Struggling Since Adding Harden
LA has fallen two games under .500 despite starting the year 3-1. Since adding James Harden on Nov. 6, the Clippers are just 4-7 straight-up. With star point guard De’Aaron Fox in the lineup – which he will be tonight – the team is 8-3 on the year.
One of the main reasons for Sacramento’s underdog status tonight is the fact that they played a gruelling game last night with Golden State, ultimately emerging with a 124-123 home win.
Fox led the way with 29 points while Kevin Huerter and Malik Monk both added 21. Point forward Domantas Sabonis stuffed the stat sheet with nine points, ten assists, and eight rebounds.
Wednesday’s game is the first meeting of the year between the Kings and Clippers, but Sacramento took the season series 3-1 last year.
